She was predeceased by : her parents, Bruno Longuski and Bernice Longuski (Bureiza); her spouse W. L. "Tim" Pickering; her son William Pickering; her siblings, Florence Vogler, Eugene, Jerome and Bruno Longuski Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Marion Longuski, Barbara Pickering, Robert Pickering, William Pickering, George Vogler and Cyril Landra; and her niece Denise Patton.
She is survived by : her children, Mary Jo Pickering of Bad Axe, Beverly Pickering of Hazel Park, Catherine Pickering of Bad Axe and James Pickering of Bad Axe; her sister Eleanor Landra of Thomas Township; her sister-in-law Linda Longuski of Bad Axe; and her nephew Dennis Longuski (Patsy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
