He was predeceased by : his siblings, Bryan Nicholas and Lisa Simmons. He is survived by : his daughter Shelby Susalla of Bad Axe; and his siblings, Mark Lewis (Tammy) of Kinde, Stan Lewis, Greg Nicholas of Kinde, Ken Lewis of Bay Port and Shelley Ryan (Ed) of Chicago. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
