She was predeceased by: her father Jack Burbank; and her daughter Cassie. She is survived by: her mother Marsha Burbank; her children, Cassondra Cheyenne Burbank and Jack Jacob Alexander Burbank; her siblings, Christina Figueroa (Dennis) of Comstock Park and Shawn Burbank (Laurie) of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Carson, Leo, Olivia and Jase; her nephew Alan Burbank; her great-nephews, Cadyn, Wyatt, Levi and Elijah; and also, Andrew Bennett, Savannah Davison, Destiney and Aliah of Grand Rapids.
