He was predeceased by : his parents, Perfecto Chavez and Eliza Chavez (Castillo); and his wife Jeanette Edington. He is survived by : his children, Therese Chavez (Ted Swan), John Chavez and Colleen Chavez. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 9 siblings; other loving family and friends.
