She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Smith and Naomi Smith (Shive); her husband Charlie Cook; and her grandson Tyler Knickerbocker. She is survived by : her sister Judy Kirkby (David) of Dowling, Michigan; her children, Brian Tullis (Jessica), Stacy Fate (Randy), Scott Tullis, Andrea Knickerbocker (Dan) and Tom Cook (Brittany); her grandchildren, Travis Tullis (Daisy), Brianna Pate (Matt), David Tullis, Chelsea Dalek and Zachary Tullis; and her great grandchildren, Maddieson, Landyn, Mykaylah, Emmri, Bennett, Noah and Everly. She is also survived by her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
