He is survived by: his parent Jean Hoekstra (Hasier); his wife Angelica Hoekstra; his children, Anthony Enriquez and Luna Hoekstra; his parent Charles Hoekstra (Jean); his sister Julia Swafford (Charles); his mother-in-law Anna Escalante; his siblings-in-law, Anselmo, Jr., Nabor Frias, Veronica Espinoza (Angel) and Virginia Frias; and his grandmother Teresa Escalante. He is also survived by aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
