He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Mae Griswold; and his wife Donna June Liesen. He is survived by: his parent Charles John Liesen Sr.; his children, Kaye Shuman (Justin), Sara Liesen and Marshal Liesen; his grandchildren, Olivia Shuman, Victoria Shuman and Sophia Shuman; his siblings, Debra Crum (Philip), Donna Newsom (Tom), Michael Liesen (Deb) and Chris Liesen; Dexter Lake Church of God.
