She is survived by: her mother Mary Katherine Burns; her sons, Jeffrey Kenneth Wade and Kevin William Wade; her grandchildren, Kyle Wade, Ryan Wade, Brandon Wade and Vincent Wade; and her siblings, Karen Lynne Dettl (John) and Terrell William Burns (Wendy).
