He is survived by: his children, Jacob Holt and Emma Holt; his siblings, Kelley Holt, James Holt and Rikki Case (Ron VanDenberg); his stepsiblings, Salinda Waterson (Jarod Ambrose) and Jayme Waterson (Chae); his siblings' children, Kaiden, Lydon Holt, Logan, Bella Case, Carter Grzegorzewski, Olivia, Amelia Ambrose, Levi and Adylin Waterson; and his close friend Sarah Holt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
