He was predeceased by: his son Mark Meisterheim. He is survived by: his parents, Carl L. Meisterheim and Elsa W. Meisterheim (Sheid); his children, Phillip Meisterheim (Kathy), Paul Meisterheim and Caroline Meisterheim; and his grandchildren, Heather Martin (Kevin) and Karl Meisterheim (Emily).
