He is survived by: his wife Ruth McKenzie; his daughters, Renee Schuiteboer, Patricia Munoz (Vince) and Tammy Burdette (Jerry); his grandchildren, Jake Burdette, Julian Munoz, Taylor Pardee and Amanda Waterstradt; his great grandchildren, Caleb Stryker, Adalynn Pardee, Landon Pardee and Aiden Waterstradt; and his siblings, Patrick Blanton, Carl Blanton, Vonda Swan and Kay Boysel.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
