He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Rugg and Pauline Rugg (Hodges); and his siblings, Patricia Demott, Donald Rugg and Frederick Rugg.
He is survived by: his wife Gale Rugg; his sons, Todd Rugg (Becky) and Sam Rugg (Amber); his granddaughters, Mackenzie, Avery and Adrian; and his siblings, Harold Rugg, Jeanette Criffield (Curt) and Sandra Palmer (Harry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
