She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lewis of Washington and Lula Mae Lewis (Taylor); her husband Buster; her sister Minnie Lewis Wooten; and her children, Lucy Smith, Mattie Smith, Ora Lee Smith and Leonard Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Baynard, Joyce Smith, Jacqueline King (Kelvin), Rodie Mae Murphy Smith (Brian), Carol Smith, James Smith and Ulysses Smith (Betina). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery Memorial tributes may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
