It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Sterrett of Battle Creek, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Sterrett and Johanna Sterrett (Van Ittersum); and her significant other Andrew Tutino. She is survived by: her children, Bill Kuhn (Judith) of Albuquerque, Sherry Carney (Russ) of Rochester Hills and Jim Kuhn (Kate) of Ann Arbor, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Angela Smith, Jessica Buckley (Mark), Branden Carney (Katarina), Henry Kuhn (Marlee) and Jake Kuhn. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren who delighted her, and many nieces and nephews.
