He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Marcus Karl Ploehn Sr. and Erna Katherine Ploehn (Schmidt); his wife Janice Ploehn; and his siblings, Adolph, Ted, Ed, Karl, Art, Kate, Harold, Ruth, Maxine, Sally and Darlene.
He is survived by: his sons, Troy Ploehn (Sandy), David Radowski (Julie), Frank Radowski (Heidi) and Jason Ploehn; his grandchildren, Misty Fitzpatrick (John), Lacey West (Alec), Erik Radowski (Kathleen), Ashley Moreland (Alex), Kiley Blanton (Greg), Nathan Radowski, Anna Radowski (Jackson Shaver), Karlie Ploehn and Jillian Ploehn; and his brother John Ploehn (Mary Ann). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
