He is survived by: his spouses, Marian Cahill and Sharon; his sons, Alan Hungerford (Wanda), Gregory Hungerford (Dahli) of Laie and Jeffrey Hungerford (Deanna) of Fennville; his grandchildren, Lance, Kyle, Sean Hungerford of Laie, Chanse Hungerford of Boise, Kyrie Hungerford (Michael) of Chicago Illinois, Chevy Hungerford (Anna) of Austin Texas and Kasey Hungerford of Portland; and his sisters, Virginia Moore of Mesa and Susan Sommer of Glendale.
Jack was diagnosed with dementia and later Alzheimer's Disease in the mid 1990's.
