She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirtland Nickless-Wing and Lola Nickless-Wing (Greenman); her husband Robert Wayne Koenig, Sr.; and her stepfather Francis Wing. She is survived by: her children, Tina Koenig of Battle Creek, Robin Colwell (Matthew) of Grand Rapids, Windi Glessner (Greg) of Battle Creek and Robert Koenig Jr. (Jessica) of Marshall, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Quinton, Cameron, Payton Margaret, Noah, Alex, Paxton and Anastasia.
Memorials are suggested to the Calhoun County Animal Shelter (165 Union St. S Battle Creek, MI 49017).
