He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Phillips (Mays); his wife Judy Marie Phillips (Hancock); his children, Shelly Logan (Craig), Amy McKay (Bill), AnnMarie Villareal (Patrick) and Larry Guy Willard; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Justin, Abbey, Bailey, Allison, Carson, Jack and Sam. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
