She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Papacostas and Belle Papacostas; her husband James Ireland; her son Robert R. Ireland; and her siblings, Sam Papacostas and Helene Caputo.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie E. Luzader of Sarasota, FL, Debora L. Turbish (David) of Battle Creek, Sharon K. Ireland of Battle Creek, Nancy A. Newby (Ronald) of Battle Creek, Michael R. Ireland (Sarah) and Southwest Michigan Hospice. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces; and 2 nephews.
