With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard C. Rugg Sr. (Battle Creek, Michigan), who passed away on August 20, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Rugg and Verda Rugg (Baughman); his wife Lorraine F. Rugg (Keller); and his son Richard Rugg. He is survived by: his daughter Susan M. Rugg (Winifred); his grandchildren, Corey R. Rhodes (Kim), Ray W. Rhodes (Gigi) and LeaAnn N. Rhodes; his siblings, Thomas Rugg (Ruth), Rose, May and June Beck (Dave); and his child Oak Park Ave of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
