He is survived by: his wife Carrie Lowe; his children, Matthew Lowe (Jessica), Richard Lowe III, Jessica Lowe and Ashton Lowe (Connor Landeck); his granddaughters, Addisyn Lowe and Larisa Lowe; his mother-in-law Barbara Robinson (Bill); his brother John Lowe (Brenda); his brother-in-law Cliff Lucas; and his friends, Mark Maxson and Kyle Tribbett. He is also survived by 10 Nieces & Nephews.
