It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eldon Willbur (Battle Creek, Michigan), who passed away on May 30, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Maurice Willbur; his daughter Susan Griffith; his grandson Clinton Griffith; and his son-in-law Max Lohrberg. He is survived by: his parent Thelma Willbur (Hewitt); his wife Norma (Stephenson); his children, Patricia Lockhart (Greg), Daniel Willbur (Liz), Rebecca Wolski (Craig), Diane Anderson (John) and John Willbur; his son-in-law Chuck Griffith (Elaine); his grandchildren, Brion Griffith (Gena), Jeff Griffith, Jonathan Lockhart, Nicholas Lockhart, Moriah Willbur, Micah Willbur, Emily Durkee (Shaun), Anna Wolski, Paige Wolski and Kyle Lohrberg; and his sibling Tom Willbur (Shirley) of Doris Willbur.
Interment will be held at 11:00am Monday, June 4 at Hicks Cemetery in Pennfield Township, 21761 Capital Ave N.E. Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
