She was predeceased by: her parents, Judith Elaine Packham (Packham) and Robert Charles Stansberry; her brother Benjamin E. Stansberry; and her grandson Jackson E. Apsey. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Hosack; her children, Trina Apsey (Phillip), Robert W. Hosack and Troy Carl (Joy); her stepfather Daryl Gerhardt; and her sisters, Linda Raymond and Tina Day. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
