She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Brzezicki; and her sibling Eugene Richard (Cecelia). She is survived by: her parent Julia Brzezicki (Filareck); her siblings, Florence San George (Anthony), Raymond Brzezicki (Rena) and Robert Brzezicki (Felicia); her spouse Justin A. Mayer; her grandchildren, Christopher Davis (Tresa) and Jeffrey Davis (Dawne); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Tully, Alexandra, Abigail, Brady and Analeigha; her great great grandchild Logan; and her daughter Jacqueline S.. She is also survived by two grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
