With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia May Russell of Battle Creek, Michigan, born in Marshall, Michigan, who passed away on August 5, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Kenworthy and Edith Kenworthy (Bush); her children, Patricia Russell and Michael Russell; and her brother Eugene Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Kara Ernsberger of Portage, Gary Pontius of Battle Creek, Kelley Russell of Battle Creek and Richard "Rick" Russell of Battle Creek; and her nephew Kevin Jacobs. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
