He was predeceased by: his parents, James Scarbrough and Ethel Scarbrough; and his siblings, James Lee Scarbrough and Shirley May Seymour. He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Lynn Hudgens (John); and his brothers, Steven Edward Scarbrough, Jeffery Lee Scarbrough (Kathy) and Timothy Wayne Scarbrough. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and a host of other loving friends.
