She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hoover and Mildred Hoover; her husband Kenneth R. Gillett; her siblings, Marjorie Walker and Ralph Hoover of Battle Creek, MI; and her grandson Darrin Marc Gillett.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth M. Winch of Bellevue, MI; her children, Randy Gillett (Mary) of Youngsville, NC, Daniel Gillett (Christie) of Otsego, MI and Julia Cushman (Ben) of Battle Creek, MI; and her grandchildren, Jordan Gillett, Bethany Corey, Chelsea Jones, Sean Cushman, Zachary Cushman, Rachelle Gillett and Tyler Gillett. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
