He is survived by: his parent Elaine Ruegsegger (Schweitzer); his wife Jacqueline; his children, Mark Ruegsegger (Jennifer), Matthew Ruegsegger (Keri) and Sara Werner (Josh); his grandchildren, Laura, Kyle, Elaina, Alexis, Keagan, Brady, Annabelle and Gibson; his siblings, Howard Ruegsegger (Terrie), Lynn McNally (Ronald) and Karen Jozwiak (Dennis); and his brothers-in-law, Charles Sheppard and Richard Sheppard (Sally). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
