He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Sylvia Mallett-Meeks; his children, Troy Lipan, Jessica Horstman (Matthew) and Jordan Kemerer; his grandchild Chace Horstman; his mother Betty A. Lipan (Guire); his siblings, William Lipan (Carol), Connie Nemode (Bill), Paula Reinshuttle, Bob Lipan (Renee) and Mary Beth Gielda; his stepdaughter Samantha Knight (Lynn); and his stepgrandchildren, Caleb and Shelby Knight. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
