It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol I. Gibelyou (Bay City, Michigan), who passed away on June 20, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol I. Gibelyou to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Seddon and Marion Seddon (Cody); and her brothers, Walter and Joseph Seddon. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Rochelle Gingras and Paul Gingras; her daughter-in-law Cassandra Kopecky-Gingras (Carrie Gingras); her stepson Robert "Bobby" Gibelyou; her sisters, Linda Elliott (Ron) and Mary Seddon; and her brother-in-law Dave Sieler. She is also survived by fur-babies and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Penzien-Steele Funeral Home Inc. (608 N Madison Ave, Bay City, MI 48708). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
