He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Jarvis and Helen Jarvis (Zielinski); and his sons, Steven and Charles III. He is survived by : his children, Debbie Ballard, Patty Jarvis, Michelle Bourne (Frederick), Also including Step Children, Michelle Coulter, Allen Johnroe (Christina), Joann Johnroe, and his siblings, Peggy Ann Simmons (Ron) and Donald Jarvis. He is also survived by sixteen granchildren, nine great grandchildren.
