Charles Stewart Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2021, at the age of 89, Charles Stewart (Bay City, Michigan), born in Saginaw, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stewart and Ella Thornton (Roggow); his wife Virginia (Meier); his brother Floyd; his sister-in-law Madeline Fretter; his sister Geri; his brother-in-law Thomas Millerick; his parents-in-law, Alvin and Mildred Meier; his children-in-law, Deanna Stewart and Dennis Wirgowski; and his brothers, Ken (Nancy Meier) and Peg Beckrow (Earl Meier).

He is survived by: his children, Scott Stewart (Shirley), Charles "Mark" Stewart, Johnny Stewart, Amy Mocny (David) and Beth Wirgowski; his grandchildren, Ryan (Colleen), Eric (Mara), Kyle Stewart, Sara Thomas (Russell), Heather Toyzan (Gregg), Michael, Stephanie Stewart, Lindsay Machiniak (Brian) and Abby Madden (Christopher); and his siblings-in-law, Pam White (Dale), Linda Meier and Robert Beckrow. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.

We are currently still under the governor's executive order of social distancing and limited to 25 visitors in the chapel at one time.
