She was predeceased by : her parents, Lloyd MacDonald and Shirley MacDonald (Nickel); her former life partner Orvill Smith; her spouse Corky Underwood; her siblings, Lloyd, Bobby, Marilyn and Jacqueline; and her son-in-law Michael Whaley.

She is survived by : her children, Bill Hadd (Holly), Cindy Whaley and Susan Barthmaier (Chet); and her sisters, Shirley Ann, Judy and Geri. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
