It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harley Owen Holsinger (Bay City, Michigan), born in Manistee, Michigan, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Holsinger and Bertha Holsinger (Owens); and his brother William Holsinger. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Spinner; his daughters, Anne Russell (Jason) and Kristin Martuch (Joseph); his grandchildren, Brett Russell, Suzanne Pattison (Aaron), Chad Russell, Jeremy Martuch and Allison Lock (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Zella and Daisy Pattison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
