He was predeceased by : his sister Valerie Bolton; and his parents, Carl Bolton and Frances Bolton. He is survived by : his children, Michelle Kreiner (John) and Joseph Bell (Heather); and his grandchildren, Justin, James, Jordan, Elizabeth and Jeremy.
