With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne B. Rehmus (Bay City, Michigan), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her mother Sara Bozer (Carpenter); her husband Richard A. Rehmus; her daughter-in-law Judy Rehmus; her grandson David Sand; her brother Dr. John Bozer; and her sisters-in-law, Eleanor Rehmus Ball, Mildred Rehmus Huebner and Margarite Rehmus Fox.
She is survived by : her children, Thomas R. Rehmus (Florence Hewitt), Patricia E. Sand (Eric) and Barbara A. Epperson (Gregory); her grandchildren, Thomas R. Rehmus, Jr. (Jennifer), Taylor, Christopher Sand, Captain Sarah Epperson (Justin Long) and Matthew Epperson; her great grandchildren, Grace Joanne and Ella Lynn Rehmus; and her sisters-in-law, Nelda Rehmus Maniex and Joan Bozer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or McLaren Bay Medical Foundation.
