She is survived by: her children, Jon Majchrzak (Naphuab), Jessica Majchrzak and Jamison Majchrzak (Angie); her grandchildren, Sophia, Charlie, Brady, Abigael and Ariel Majchrzak; and her siblings, Jack Klass (Sandi) and Joyce Way (Dennis).
