She is survived by: her parents, Howard Sadlak and Loanne McNair; her daughters, Dakota Jane Sadlak and Isabella Kae Rivas-Sadlak; her grandparents, Douglas and Cheryl Gielda (Perz); her siblings, Justin, Nathan, Austin, Shelly, Alyssa and Tanesha; and her nephews, Devlin and Zachariah.
