She was predeceased by: her father Chester DeWyse; and her parents-in-law, Gerald Strauss, Sr. and Patricia Strauss (Downey). She is survived by: her husband Mick; her children, Justin Strauss (Erika), Shane Strauss (April) and Danielle Strauss (Corey Duford); her grandchildren, Kaleb, Nolan, Paislee, Mason, Aubree, Carson, Kayden, Avery, Nathan and Henry; her sister Cyndi Moon (Aaron); and her in-laws, Donald Strauss (Cathy), June Lee DuCap (Bryan) and Jerry Strauss (Beth). She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Bay County (821 N Pine Rd, Essexville, MI 48732). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
