He was predeceased by : his stepfather Joseph Choroba; and his nieces, Allison Mae Cieszlak and Violet Macie Cieszlak. He is survived by : his parent Phyllis Choroba (Burcham); his sisters, Beth Ann Hall (Robert) and Mary Elizabeth Samuels; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Cieszlak (Mark), Wayne Rajaniemi, Kalie Cavanaugh, Liam Cavanaugh and Carys Cavanaugh; and his pet Joreja. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, many close friends.
