She was predeceased by: her father Charles; her former husband Roy Ballard; her sister Barbara Garrett; and her brother-in-law Jeff Dixon. She is survived by: her husband New Testament Bethel Church; her child Valaine Phillips (Wayne); her stepchildren, Judy Ballard, Roy Ballard (Connie), Kathy Bradley (Gerald), Amy Sheltraw (Joe), James Ballard (Cathy), Dusty Ballard (Jenny) and Laina Boyd (Keith); her grandchildren, Gabrielle (Andrew), Lynnze (Tanner), Lucas (Ashlyn), Anna, Justin, Maddie, Ty, Samuel, Dylan and DJ; and her sisters, Karen Nelson (Larry), Marilyn Anquetil (Albert) and Linda Dixon. She is also survived by family fully, loving her 28 other grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Squires Funeral Home (211 N Henry St, Bay City, MI 48706). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
