She was predeceased by: her parents, Wholley Geister and Mae Geister (Smith); her brother Wholley Russell Geister; her parents-in-law, Albert and Jane Collver, Sr.; and her brother-in-law William Collver, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Herbert M. Collver; her children, Randy Bills (Kathy), Kenneth Bills, Scott Bills (Donna), Stephanie Blossey (Eddie) and Heather Teenier; her grandson Austin Bills; her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Geister, Karen Russell (Richard) and Albert Collver, Jr. (Sally); her uncle Robert Geister (Marion); and her aunt Shirley Shisman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home (1200 Garfield Ave, Bay City, MI 48708). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (103 E Midland St, Bay City, MI 48706).
