He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Gwisdala, and Germaine Gwisdala, Jr. (Ratajczak). He is survived by: his wife Gwen Gwisdala; his children, Wesley Gwisdala (Tara) and Shanna Horsfall (Neil); his grandchildren, Phoebe, Bodhi, NoemiMarie and Massimo; and his siblings, Mary Roth, Paul, Robert and Tom. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Toni & Trish House, whose care was both sacred and compassionate.
