It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Victor E. Talaga (Bay City, Michigan), who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Talaga and Anna Talaga (Kaczmarczyk); his brothers, Ray, Bob and James (Jim); and his son-in-law Jeffrey Moore.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Lou Cox; and his children, David (Wendy), Gary (Kym), Susan Moore and Tim. He is also survived by seven grandsons, one step-grandson and eleven great-grandchildren.
