It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florence Owen (Bellevue, Michigan), born in Manila, Arkansas, who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Toole and Sophia Toole (Watson); her children, Victor Owen (Cynthia) and Pamela Koehne (Michael); her adoptive daughter Carolyn Lonergan; her husband Paul; and her daughter Paula. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
