He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Attwell and Norene Attwell (Huber); his brother John; and his nephew Travis. He is survived by : his wife Jeri Lambka; his stepchildren, Dale Collins (Jen) and Heather Collins; his grandchildren, Brandon and Jamie; his siblings, Bruce Attwell (Lillian), Deb Kelley (Randy) and Jane Love; and his close friend Goofy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
