He is survived by: his wife Janet of Bellevue; his sons, Mathew Outman of Bellevue, Patrick Outman (Sue) of Bellevue, Spencer Outman (Chris) of Bellevue and Thomas Outman of Bellevue; his granddaughter Savannah Outman; and his brothers, Richard Outman (Amy) of Battle Creek and Gerald Outman of Florida.
