He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Knoll and Leora Knoll (Everett); his sons, Timothy and Norm Knoll; and his brother Richard Knoll.
He is survived by: his wife Lone; his children, Debra Armstrong (Chris), Lowell Knoll (Carolyn), Richard Knoll (Roxana), Janette Laymance and Linda Laymance; his grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, Leah, Mandy, Kyle, Richard, Heather, Matt, Amanda, Jason "Bud", Ashley, Kevin and Sherriden; and his brother Owen Knoll (Dee). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
