She was predeceased by: her mother Georgia Thomas; and her daughter Carla Croom. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Barlow of Grand Rapids, Constance Croom of Grand Rapids, Amos "Sunny" Croom Jr. of Berrien Center and Cynthia Croom of Berrien Springs; and her sister Jane McMichael. She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
