He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, LeRoy Victor Rowe and Melva Arlene Rowe (Byers); his wife Gayle B. Rowe; his children, David R. Rowe (Judy) and Sharyl Turon (John); his grandchildren, Maya Turon (Anthony Miller), Mariella and Natalia Rowe; and his siblings, Barry Rowe, Shirley Copeman, Nancy Clapper, Barbara Gilroy and Marianne Feigley.
